“Eagle Management is your rental property resource for the Marshall, Waskom and Caddo Lake areas of East Texas. Our inventory of rental properties includes homes, apartments, mobile homes, lake front properties, commercial retail space and storage units. Eagle Management is a member of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.”

Our properties are professional managed and maintained by a fulltime, service oriented staff, including Leasing Manager Stacy Bisset, Leasing Agent Eden Maloney, Accounting Manager Nadine Hopp, Maintenance Manager Jason Nixon and Executive Manager Larry Hooper. Our office staff has over 30 years of combined experience in managing rental property and all of them have successfully completed the Certified Apartment Manager course given by the Texas Apartment Association.

larry — Executive Manager Larry Hooper has over 20 years of experience in managing properties. Larry is also a real estate investor and an advisor to other property owners and managers. He oversees the acquisition, construction, remodeling, maintenance, leasing and management of properties as well as the management of the staff and financial matters of Eagle Management.

nadine — Accounting Manager Nadine Hopp manages the accounting function for all of our properties and also assists with the leasing function and manages the office.

stacy — Leasing Manager Stacy Bisset is our multi-tasking customer service representative. She is the main point of contact for our leasing customers. Stacy manages the accounting function for all of our properties, receives and processes applications, prepares all of our leasing agreements, maintains our customer files, customer contact information, and manages all of your maintenance requests.
